Booking and payment
Availability and online bookings are managed by Smoobu. Card payments are processed by Stripe; this website does not retain bank card numbers. Bank transfer may be offered as an alternative. The full price and applicable conditions are displayed before you confirm your booking.
Personal data
Audrey and Rémi LE DIGOL are responsible for the data used to respond to enquiries, arrange and fulfil bookings, prepare stays, process payments and meet accounting and legal obligations. This may include your identity, contact details, stay information, booking and payment status.
Depending on the purpose, processing is based on steps taken at your request before booking, performance of the contract or a legal obligation. Data is accessible to the owners and, as necessary for their services, to the technical providers Smoobu, Stripe and IONOS.
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for no more than three years after the last contact. Data needed for bookings and invoicing is kept during the contractual relationship, then for up to ten years where accounting obligations require it.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing where this right applies, by contacting rld66@hotmail.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Audience measurement: your choice
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed, busy times, traffic sources and clicks to WhatsApp or booking. Measurement starts only after you choose “Accept”. Before your choice or after “Reject”, this website does not load a Google Analytics tag or send data to it through this integration. You can book regardless of your choice.
Data sent after acceptance includes a pseudonymous browser identifier, pages viewed, language, selected interactions, device type and approximate location. Our tracking does not send the traveller’s name, email, phone number, message contents, stay dates or payment information to Analytics. Page URL parameters are removed; only recognised campaign sources are retained. These statistics do not identify visitors by name.
Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Forms, outbound links and searches are not analysed automatically: only clicks selected by the website are counted. A click to booking or WhatsApp does not prove a message was sent or a booking was paid. Payment inside Smoobu is not tracked by this integration.
Your acceptance or refusal is saved in your browser for six months under chalet:analytics-consent:v1. Analytics cookies prefixed chalet_ga are configured for 180 days without renewal on each visit. You can withdraw or give consent at any time using “Manage cookies” in the footer of each page. Withdrawal stops new transmissions and removes this integration’s Analytics cookies; it does not retrospectively delete previously processed data.
Property settings checked on 6 September 2026: event data is retained for two months; user data for fourteen months, with the latter period resetting on new activity. These periods differ from consent and cookie lifetimes. They do not limit most standard aggregated statistical reports.
Recipients are the owners and Google as the measurement provider. Google may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, under its transfer safeguards and documentation. This measurement relies on your consent; it is not presented as exempt from consent.

External services and privacy
Calendars and the booking process load content provided by Smoobu. Google Maps is loaded only after you choose to display the map. These services may then receive technical data, including your IP address and information needed to operate, under their own privacy policies. Your Analytics choice does not replace choices specific to those services.

Text, photographs, graphics and other website content are protected. Reproduction or use without prior permission is prohibited, unless otherwise permitted by law.
